sono passata da Trivellato a Montecchio
Sono entrata nessuno ci ha salutati nemmeno chiesto il greenpass
Abbiamo girato dentro per vedere delle macchine a cui eravamo interessati ma non c era nessuno che poteva darci una mano dopo 15 minuti ti attesa che hanno visto che eravamo lì ad aspettare nessuno ci ha chiesto se avevo bisogno di una mano…
Vado dal signore chiedo se c’è qualcuno che può darmi una mano per le macchine mi risponde entra nel nostro sito e guarda quello che ti interessa….
Io sicuramente non ci ritornerò più perché non mi sembra il modo giusto a una clientela rispondere in questa maniera…
Educazione prima di tutto e un corso per come trattare la clientela.

I went from Trivellato to Montecchio
I entered no one greeted us not even asked for the greenpass
We turned inside to see the cars we were interested in but there was no one who could help us after 15 minutes waiting for you they saw we were there waiting no one asked us if I needed a hand ...
I go to the gentleman and ask if there is anyone who can help me with the machines he answers me, enter our site and see what interests you ....
I will certainly never return because it does not seem the right way for customers to respond in this way ...
Education first and foremost and a course on how to treat customers.
