Grazie anche a tutto lo staff di Trivellato.. straordinariamente efficiente nel completamento delle operazioni. Lo consiglieró a tutti!! Top! After contacting many dealerships throughout Italy and even coming from very far (Sardinia), I chose Trivellato because I was immediately impressed by the extraordinary kindness and professionalism of Mauro Patrese who assisted me in an excellent way and was instrumental in the purchase. Veniamo contattati per un richiamo per l'airbag da Mercedes, dicendo di contattare la concessionaria Mercedes ufficiale più vicina. Purtroppo per necessità contattiamo questa concessionaria a 35 km da noi(quindi con viaggio di 70 km tra andata e ritorno). Con ben 3 viaggi non è ancora stato fatto nulla, ci hanno fatto venire 3 volte a vuoto addirittura fissandoci l'appuntamento il 5/08, patrono di Boara. Arriviamo lì e troviamo tutto chiuso. Feedback assolutamente negativo e ambiente poco professionale. Riusciremo a cambiare questo airbag con il 4 viaggio e 300 km fatti? ? Bad service from the dealership. We are contacted for a recall for the airbag from Mercedes, saying to contact the nearest official Mercedes dealership. Unfortunately for necessity we contact this dealership 35 km from us (therefore with a journey of 70 km there and back). With 3 trips nothing has yet been done, they made us come 3 times empty even fixing the appointment on 5/08, patron saint of Boara. We arrive there and find everything closed. Absolutely negative feedback and unprofessional environment. Will we be able to change this airbag with the 4th trip and 300 km done? ?
