In ogni caso lei ha acquistato il semiasse e non il kit completo. Praticamente per un pezzo di ferro ho regalato a questa magnifica azienda 50 euro senza contare le spese del meccanico, non aggiungo altro ma non vedo l'ora di leggere la vostra risposta, almeno che non avrete anche qui la possibilità di eliminare il commento come avete fatto sull'altra piattaforma. I soldi che vi ho regalato potete usarli in cosmetica per sistemarvi un po' la faccia. Non voleva rimborsare sin dall'inizio , nonostante era palese che la responsabilità in ogni caso non fosse mia . Risposte del servizio clienti tardive e solo se sollecitate. Se non fosse stato per paypal avrei perso tutto ! E comunque ci ho dovuto rimettere le spese di spedizione per rimandare indietro il prodotto difettoso , nonostante la legge del consumo prevede altro.... Ma questa è l'Italia ! Tutto questo in un intervallo di tempo di quasi 3 mesi ! LA REPLICA DEL VENDITORE TESTIMONIA SOLO QUANTO POCO SIA AFFIDABILE . 1) quale tempistica avrei dovuto rispettare ? Ho avvisato immediatamente del problema (via email , via telefono, via whatsapp) e comunque avevo un'auto con la portiera da aggiustare , non potevo aspettare mesi . Infatti nel frattempo ho dovuto ricomprarne un'altra ! 2) i corrieri in tempi di covid non sempre fanno firmare i colli e poi , come anche dichiarato per iscritto (per suo uso) , il corriere ha lasciato il pacco ed è andato via ! 3) Il rimborso l'ho ricevuto da paypal non dal venditore . Se no, "aspetta e spera" ! 4) Caro venditore abbia almeno l'onestà di non replicare con false scuse e mezze accuse ! Ha sbagliato lei, può succedere, ma doveva agire immediatamente ,rimborsandomi subito e andando avanti con l'assicurazione. Io non ero responsabile della cosa . Beware! Beware! Beware! Mi hanno sostituito la centralina e ripristinato le funzioni ad essa connesse. Hanno rispettato gli accordi verbali. Per quanto mi riguarda sono persone serie.
