Facendomi spendere tempo e denaro per nulla...solo per una stupida è sentenza! I have to go to a divorce lawsuit. They made me travel 1 hour to be present then they postponed the cause, on the day of the hearing (not before). Making me spend time and money for nothing ... just for a stupid sentence!

Si è dimostrata da subito ben disposta e pronta a dare consigli di come svolgere al meglio le pratiche per estero . In poche occasioni nei servizi amministrativi ho incontrato persone così gentili e propense all’aiuto, do un meritatissimo 5 stelle I had to request certificates from the criminal record and Mrs. Viviana helped me with everything. Solita organizzazione impresentabile delle cose pubbliche in Italia che mette una sola persona allo sportello per le 40 persone in coda. An hour and a half in the scorching sun of a 3rd of July to collect a document booked a week before. Usual unpresentable organization of public affairs in Italy that puts one person at the counter for the 40 people in the queue.

Premetto che c’è un grandissimo parcheggio a prezzi abbordabili e messomi in fila per i controlli al metal detector in pochissimo tempo sono arrivato allo sportello che mi interessava. Gentilissimo e veloce l’impiegato che mi ha consegnato i documenti e mi ha permesso di tornare a casa. Entrato nel parcheggio alle 8,20, uscito alle 8,50. Be’ se c’è chi si lamenta per questi tempi... Magari tutti gli uffici pubblici funzionassero così!! Bravi! I needed a couple of documents for my daughter's new job. The employee who handed me the documents and allowed me to go home was very kind and quick. Entered the parking lot at 8.20, exited at 8.50. Well if there are those who complain about these times ... Maybe all public offices worked like this !! Bravi!
