M	Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le udienze che ho tenuto io alla sezione esecuzioni mobiliari sono state lunghissime. Di converso il giudice è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo era il quarto che incontravo. Due togati e due got. Un incubo! The hearings that I held at the executions section were very long. Conversely, the judge was very kind and helpful. Nonostante la presenza di sole tre aule giudiziarie le cause vengono trattate con celerità. Purtroppo la distanza dai grossi centri e dall'autostrada penalizza fortemente questo presidio. Il palazzo di giustizia si trova nel centro della nota cittadina posta lungo la costa tirrenica della provincia di Cosenza. Il tribunale e’ composto da due edifici attigui (vecchio e nuovo tribunale) e nel suo interno sono presenti tutti gli uffici giudiziari, compresi procura della repubblica, giudice di pace e l’ufficio notifiche. Sono presenti, sempre all’interno dello stabile, un punto ristoro con vendita tabacchi, uno sportello bancomat e un attrezzato negozio di cancelleria con possibilità di effettuare fotocopie, stampare mail e/o fax, richiedere l’emissione di marche da bollo e contributi unificati. Il palazzo di giustizia e’ situato non molto distante dalla stazione dei treni e dall’ingresso della S.S. 18 (tirrena inferiore). The court of Paola was established at the end of the 60s. Comunque gli impegati sono molto gentili e cordiali. Non sapevo dove andare e un gentiluomo che stava in ufficio mi ha accompagnato fino all aula dove si teneva l'udienza. E vero che ce una vista mare stupenda. Ma portatevi un giubbotto per il vento. Same judge for 20 hearings ... same day for a criminal trial of which they are tests.
