★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza decisamente negativa. Dopo essere rimasti d'accordo con il titolare per l'invio del preventivo per armadio, abbiamo atteso 1 mese invano. Quindi abbiamo sollecitato telefonicamente e ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero preparato il preventivo. Atteso un altro mese invano. Risollecitati e nuovamente rassicurati dal titolare che avrebbero preso in mano il nostro caso. Ad oggi, dopo 4 mesi, non si è fatto vivo nessuno. Se non si vogliono prendere in carico dei nuovi lavori, basta dirlo...non occorre far perdere tempo alla gente.
 Definitely bad experience. After having agreed with the owner to send the estimate for the wardrobe, we waited 1 month in vain. So we solicited by phone and they assured us that they would prepare the quote. Waited another month in vain. Resolved and again reassured by the owner that they would take our case in hand. To date, after 4 months, no one has shown up. If you don't want to take on new jobs, just say it ... you don't need to waste people's time.
