Nonostante lo avessi saldato e mi avessero promesso che di lì a breve dopo la consegna avrebbero sostituito con il colore giusto non è mai arrivato... li ho dovuti 'rincorrere' telefonicamente per mesi, si facevano negare, ogni volta accampavano una giustificazione diversa. Alla fine per sfinimento ho desistito senza mai ricevere quanto richiesto né un rimborso o quanto meno delle scuse... Very bad experience. Required bed of one color, arrived of another. Aveva una spondilolistesi che le provocava molto dolore ed erano anni che non riusciva a dormire sul vecchio materasso. Sul materasso consigliato da Edoardo non solo è riuscita a dormire senza fastidi ma anche adesso che ha subito l'operazione si trova benissimo e riferisce di svegliarsi riposata come non succedeva da anni. My mother-in-law bought a mattress following the advice of the owner Edoardo, a very prepared and helpful person. She had spondylolisthesis which caused her a lot of pain and she hadn't been able to sleep on the old mattress for years. On the mattress recommended by Edoardo not only has she been able to sleep without discomfort but even now that she has undergone the operation she is perfectly fine and reports that she wakes up rested as she hasn't been for years.
