Ho chiesto alla signora con gli occhiali se ci fosse lo sconto visto che, solitamente, gennaio è il mese degli sconti. In altri negozi, infatti, mi hanno già applicato il 30% di sconto. La signora mi ha risposto dicendomi che quest'anno, a causa del covid, i saldi sono previsti a fine gennaio e la loro politica è quella di non applicare gli sconti anticipatamente. A questo punto, ho fatto il mio acquisto e sono andata via. Il giorno successivo, trovandomi da quelle parti, ho visto una scritta sulla vetrina in cui si informava che applicava il 20% di sconto. Eh no, così non va bene!!! Non c'è serietà e professionalità anzi... Mi sono ripromessa di non tornarci più perché non sono stata trattata con rispetto. Era la prima volta che andavo a fare acquisti lì, ma sicuramente è stata anche l'ultima. Avrà guadagnato in più ma poi non ci ritorno. Store with strategic location. I went in to buy a sweater.
