★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ordinate piante a ottobre dopo tre visite in loco per sceglierle e un sopralluogo presso di noi per identificare dove collocarle. Fatto l'ordine. Passano 5 mesi senza che nessuno si presenti, malgrado le telefonate cui nessuno ha risposto. Poi finalmente ottenuta una risposta al telefono fisso del'Azienda mi viene addotta la giustificazione che hanno troppo lavoro. Immeritato
Bad experience. Order plants in October after three site visits to choose them and an inspection with us to identify where to place them. Made the order. 5 months go by without anyone showing up, despite the phone calls that no one has answered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad inizio anno abbiamo acquistato molte piante ad arbusto e rosi per una aiuola, inoltre avevamo ordinato anche due alberi, un acero dalle foglie rosse autunnali e un susino (prunus). Entrambi scelti per la particolarità delle foglie rosse, il primo in autunno ed il secondo per tutto l'anno. Purtroppo l'acero che ci è stato portato non è quello da noi richiesto infatti questo autunno le foglie sono diventate gialle e non rosse. Abbiamo contattato la sede e ci è stato detto che non avevamo richiesto quello con foglie rosse inoltre non c'è stata possibilità di cambio pianta.
At the beginning of the year we bought many shrubs and roses for a flower bed, and we also ordered two trees, a maple with autumn red leaves and a plum tree (prunus). Both chosen for the particularity of the red leaves, the first in autumn and the second for the whole year. Unfortunately the maple that was brought to us is not the one we requested in fact this autumn the leaves have turned yellow and not red. We contacted the office and we were told that we had not requested the one with red leaves and there was no possibility of changing the plant.
