G	Gianluca Rapisarda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La prima volta che mi sono recato dal ciclista non sono riuscito ad entrare in negozio perché avevano solo bici da 2500 euro in su disponibili e quindi non volendo spendere quella cifra mi hanno detto di ritornare.... La seconda volta sono andato con la bici di mio figlio perché il manettino del cambio era troppo duro, ma non avendo comprato la bici da loro mi hanno detto che il problema era il cambio, così rispondo: cosa si può fare? E loro: non si può fare niente... (Ma scherziamo) Non credo questo si possa definire un buon servizio. The first time I went to the cyclist I was unable to enter the shop because they only had bikes from 2500 euros upwards available and therefore not wanting to spend that amount they told me to come back .... The second time I went with my son's bike because the gear lever was too hard, but not having bought the bike from them they told me that the problem was the gear, so I answer: what can be done? And they: nothing can be done ... (But let's joke) I don't think this can be defined as good service.

L'intervento è avvenuto su tutta una serie di mancanze e lacune del concessionario della mia città dove ho acquistato la mia Trek (bici nuova, maggio 21) . Ma questo è un'altro discorso che affronterò con Trek Italia quanto prima. Unica nota negativa (!) "Il Ciclista di Rossi Claudio" dista oltre 300 km da casa mia. Ancora grazie. The holidays saved me (cyclistically speaking). Availability, competence, reliability. The intervention took place on a whole series of shortcomings and gaps in the dealer in my city where I bought my Trek (new bike, May 21). But this is another matter that I will address with Trek Italia as soon as possible. The only negative (!) "Il Ciclista di Rossi Claudio" is over 300 km from my house. Thank you again.
