Se sali a piedi non puoi scendere con la slitta, le motoslitte causano inquinamento acustico e nell’aria oltre che rischiare di investirti Very rude staff !! If you go up on foot you cannot go down with the sled, snowmobiles cause noise and air pollution as well as risk hitting you

El personal es muy agradable y nos trataron súper bien. Great experience. They take you to the top on a snowmobile while enjoying spectacular scenery and then descend on a snow sled. The staff is very nice and treated us very well.

Consiglio: abbiate soldi in contanti, quando siamo andati il primo giorno non avevano il pos funzionante, chiamate prima di andare per assicurarvi che salgano e che il tempo lo consenta. Detto questo una delle esperienze più belle della mia vita. Il panorama è semplicemente mozzafiato e scendere in slittino è davvero divertente. We have the snowmobile experience with return sledding. Tip: have cash, when we went the first day they didn't have the pos working, call before you go to make sure they go up and time permits. Having said that one of the best experiences of my life. The view is simply breathtaking and tobogganing is really fun.

Il "signore" alla cassa è lì come se ti stesse facendo un gran favore se chiedi informazioni, completamente indifferente se usufruisci del servizio o meno in quanto sono gli unici lì a provvederlo. Very nice experience, especially the part with the sled to go back down. The staff, however, is really rude and not at all kind and hospitable. The "gentleman" at the cashier is there as if he were doing you a great favor if you ask for information, completely indifferent whether you use the service or not as they are the only ones there to provide it.

Eravamo un gruppo anche con 2 bambini piccoli (2 e 4 anni) la salita in motoslitta e la discesa poi con lo slittino é adatta veramente a tutti per noi é stata la prima volta ma sicuramente non l'ultima. La vista in alto é mozzafiato davvero. Il personale é gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno regalato questa bellissima giornata. Grazie We had this wonderful experience that we recommend to everyone. We were a group with 2 small children (2 and 4 years) the ascent by snowmobile and then the descent with the sled is really suitable for everyone for us it was the first time but certainly not the last. The view above is truly breathtaking. The staff is very kind and very helpful, they gave us this beautiful day. Thank you

Io e la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare questa esperienza a fine vacanza ed è stata davvero un'escursione stupenda. Arrivati a Misurina in auto, parcheggiamo e dopo 15 minuti eravamo già sulla motoslitta. In 20 minuti si raggiunge il rifugio Auronzo. Da li siamo saliti a piedi sulla cima del monte Piana (facoltativo) per godere dello splendido panorama. Poi con lo slittino abbiamo iniziato la discesa. Bella e divertente. Tempo totale 2 ore. Ne vale la pena. Staff professionale e gentile. Sono persone che fanno uno splendido servizio in montagna a oltre 2000m, con tutte le difficoltà e tipicità del caso. Ho pagato il servizio e gli sono grato per come lo svolgono. Chi si è trovato male probabilmente forse si pone nel modo sbagliato. I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. My partner and I wanted to give this experience at the end of the holiday and it was truly a wonderful excursion. Arrived in Misurina by car, we park and after 15 minutes we were already on the snowmobile. In 20 minutes you reach the Auronzo refuge. From there we went up on foot to the top of Mount Piana (optional) to enjoy the splendid panorama. Then with the sled we started the descent. Beautiful and fun. Total time 2 hours. It is worth it. Professional and kind staff. They are people who make a splendid service in the mountains at over 2000m, with all the difficulties and typical features of the case. I paid for the service and am grateful for how they do it. Those who have found themselves ill are probably putting themselves in the wrong way.
