★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ho chiamato il sig trevisani per chiedere informazioni sulla riparazione del mio tagliaerba riferendogli che, a mio avviso, il pezzo guasto fosse la candela ...lui risponde dicendo" ah non so non posso darle il mio parere senza vedere il macchinario" quindi dico al signore di venire presso la mia residenza per provare a sistemare il tagliaerba.
Oggi si presenta a casa mia ( dista circa 3 km dalla sua officina) guarda il tagliaerba e senza nemmeno toccarlo o provare la messa in moto, mi riferisce che secondo lui il problema è nelle membrane del carburatore preventivandomi un lavoro di circa 80 euro .. ( Magari avrà una vista a raggi X per individuare così il problema senza nemmeno toccare la macchina).
Io ovviamente rifiuto l'intervento perché troppo costoso per un taglierba così vecchio e lo saluto.
Prima di andare via chiedo se effettuano installazione di pompe e lui si rende disponibile a effettuare un lavoro per la settimana prossima.

Sono d'accordo per il pagamento della chiamata ma non sono d'accordo sulla semplicità con cui ha diagnosticato il problema alla mia macchina quando sentendolo per telefono pareva fosse un problema non facilmente intercettabile. Sarà anche bravo sul suo lavoro ma alle volte bisogna usare coerenza con i clienti.
Morale della favola ? Le pompe le farò installare da qualcun altro.
Yesterday I called Mr. Trevisani to ask for information on the repair of my lawnmower, reporting that, in my opinion, the dead piece was the candle ... he replies saying "ah I don't know I can't give you my opinion without seeing the machine" so I say to the gentleman to come to my residence to try and fix the mower.
Today he shows up at my house (about 3 km away from his workshop) look at the mower and without even touching it or trying to start it, he tells me that according to him the problem is in the membranes of the carburetor, estimating a job of about 80 euros .. (Maybe he will have an X-ray view to pinpoint the problem without even touching the car.)
I obviously refuse the intervention because it is too expensive for such an old lawnmower and I greet him.
Before leaving, I ask if they are installing pumps and he makes himself available to do work for next week.

I agree to pay for the call but I don't agree with the simplicity with which he diagnosed the problem with my car when hearing it on the phone seemed to be a problem that was not easily intercepted. He will also be good at his job but sometimes you have to use consistency with customers.
Moral of the story? I will have the pumps installed by someone else.
