★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segreteria impreparata e approssimativa nel fornire informazioni dei costi. Accoglienza decisamente sgarbata da parte del personale medico. Costi spropositati con la chiaro obiettivo di estorcere denaro a spese di chi arriva con un trauma non per una cura estetica. Non fate onore alle tante attività della vallata che lavorano per mettere a proprio agio il turista. Clinica da cui stare alla larga. Giudizio pessimo!

Excessive costs with the clear aim of extorting money at the expense of those who arrive with a trauma not for cosmetic treatment. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht vor dieser Klinik. Uns wurde nach einem Sturz ein Schulterbruch diagnostiziert, mit dem Angebot direkt zu operieren. Haben wir abgelehnt. In Deutschland stellt sich heraus: Fehldiagnose - keine OP notwendig. Zudem war die Rechnung sehr hoch.
Beware of this clinic. After a fall, we were diagnosed with a broken shoulder, with the offer to operate directly. We refused. In Germany it turns out: misdiagnosis - no surgery necessary. In addition, the bill was very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and professional service. Only one bad thingh: in a very smooth way, they force you to buy a knee brace (320 euro) even if you no need at All!!! This has been discovered after an Orthopedic Specialist visit at Villa Stuart in Rome (One of the best in the world) where the surgeon told us to remove immediately... This is not fair at all.

Nobody in this clinic speaks German. It’s very disappointing since it’s located in a very touristic location with a lot of German Speaking tourists.
The slope-rescue immediately refers to this doctor and advises against the public hospital in bruneck.
the prices in this clinic are extremely overpriced. pure tourist rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! I went in to get my daughter checked out for a knee injury. Was advised that an X-ray would cost 80 Euro. Got my bill and they charged 7x 130 = 910 euro for 7 x-ray angles that were taken. Also tried to charge me 460 euro for a knee brace that I got from the chemist for 60 euro. Service was great but the price was a shock. Owner threatened to call the police if I didn't pay, then hung up on me. MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU ALL PRICES UP FRONT
