Ho trovato favolosi sia l'insalata di polpo alla Catalana che le frittelle di baccalà (il fritto non è da tutti, quando è fatto bene e con prodotti di qualità è tutta un'altra cosa, bravo Chef), ottimi i malloreddus alla Campidanese (ho apprezzato tanto la mantecatura) e che bontà la fregola alle vongole e bottarga. Come secondi ho avuto occasione di trovare una splendida orata ai carciofi e un delizioso brasato al Cannonau. Insomma direi tutto ottimo. Per chi vuole approfondire consiglio di andare a vedere la loro pagina Facebook e se trovate nel menù del giorno una delle portate che ho menzionato, non esitate e prendete quella (compatibilmente con i propri gusti e tolleranze).? I recommend this Bistrot to those who want to eat properly cooked dishes. I found both the Catalan-style octopus salad and the cod fritters fabulous (fried is not for everyone, when it is done well and with quality products it is quite another thing, good Chef), excellent the malloreddus alla Campidanese ( I really appreciated the creaming) and what goodness the fregola with clams and bottarga. As a second I had the opportunity to find a splendid sea bream with artichokes and a delicious braised Cannonau. In short, I would say everything excellent. For those who want to learn more I recommend going to see their Facebook page and if you find one of the courses I mentioned in the menu of the day, do not hesitate and take that (compatibly with your tastes and tolerances).

Il taglierini dovrebbero chiamarsi al Fungo, cioè 1 tagliato a pezzi Il pane te lo porta a fatica se glielo chiedi Il prezzo è in linea ma a parità di altri posti, non compete a pranzo. Tornerò solo se non c'è ne saranno aperti altri. The Lady is not very nice .. the food is good but it is little. The taglierini should be called al Fungo, that is 1 cut into pieces Bread hardly brings it to you if you ask The price is in line but other places being equal, it does not compete at lunch. I will come back only if no others will be open.

Ingredienti freschi di giornata (consultare i fuori menu che non mancano a seconda di cosa offre il mercato in giornata). Personale cortese e disponibile. Pranzo a undicii euro con menu fisso ( proposta davvero competitiva). Per il resto prezzi corretti e proporzionati alla qualità delle materie prime e al tipo di lavorazione. Per me appuntamento fisso Excellent mix of land and sea between Sardinia and Liguria, with typical proposals of the two regions (Sardinia is the master). Fresh ingredients of the day (consult the off menus which are not lacking depending on what the market offers on the day). Staff courteous and helpful. Lunch at eleven euros with a set menu (really competitive proposal). For the rest, prices are correct and proportionate to the quality of the raw materials and the type of processing. For me a fixed appointment

Cena sarda con misto salumi e formaggi sardi, culurgiones alla menta e porchetta, il tutto con ottimo cannonau. Deliziose seadas fatte in casa. Prezzo equilibrato. Da consigliare e ovviamente da provare. Bravissimi. Continuate così!! Quality and courtesy are at home in this lovely restaurant. Sardinian dinner with mixed Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses, culurgiones with mint and porchetta, all with excellent cannonau. Delicious home made seadas. Balanced price. To be recommended and of course to try. Very good. Keep it up!!
A	Aldo Ferrando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il primo piatto malloreddus alla campidanese che sarebbero degli gnocchetti di pasta artigianale con sugo e salsiccia e la tagliata di Black Angus in camicia di pecorino fatta con carne di bovini del Nebraska allevati liberamente allo stato brado.Il dolce seadas con gelato e salsa di mirtillo è squisito. Unisce la bontá dei piatti all’originalita degli stessi. Excellent first course malloreddus alla campidanese which would be homemade pasta dumplings with sauce and sausage and the sliced Black Angus in pecorino jacket made with meat from Nebraska cattle raised freely in the wild. The sweet seadas with ice cream and blueberry sauce it's exquisite. It combines the goodness of the dishes with their originality.

In particolare i tagliolini con l ombrina fresca del giorno, eccezionali, curati, neanche una lisca per sbaglio, ed il gusto del pesce si è fuso perfettamente con la pasta. Veramente ottimi. Altro piatto notevole il seadas. Squisito veramente l abbinamento. La conduzione è familiare ed il personale tutto gentilissimo. I piatti sono cucinati al momento, quindi vi è un po di attesa. Il locale è storico, in mezzo a Certosa. Il posto ha i pregi ed i difetti della trattoria, soprattutto dei locali "alla genovese". Mangiando all esterno la sera si apprezza l aria fresca e l ambiente che risulta piacevole. Sicuramente consigliato. The value for money is good, and some dishes really deserve praise. In particular, the tagliolini with the fresh croaker of the day, exceptional, well-kept, not even a bone by mistake, and the taste of the fish blended perfectly with the pasta. Really great. Another notable dish is seadas. The combination is truly exquisite. The management is familiar and the staff all very kind. The dishes are freshly cooked, so there is a bit of a wait. The restaurant is historic, in the middle of Certosa. The place has the strengths and weaknesses of a trattoria, especially the "Genoese" restaurants. By eating outside in the evening you can enjoy the fresh air and the environment which is pleasant. Definitely recommended.
