In Italia come mi spiega il proprietario, manca proprio la cultura della carne e del saperla cucinare. E una volta provata capirete di cosa parla. Disponibilissimo a qualsiasi domanda e molto tecnico e appassionato nelle risposte. Unica pecca è che dovete prenotare e anche con largo anticipo avendo solo 3 tavoli. Ma è proprio questo il segreto del suo successo riesce a dare la massima qualità a dispetto della quantità e questa cosa gli fa onore andando controtendenza a tutti i locali che apron oggigiorno. Ma veniamo al dunque, era la nostra prima volta in questo locale, ci siamo fatti consigliare dal proprietario il quale vi ha deliziato dagli antipasti all'ottima carne. Il tutto concluso con un altrettanto ottimo dolce. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare le varietà di carne più esotiche, da quanto abbiamo appreso è possibile mangiare carne di zebra, canguro oltre a varietà di manzo provenienti da svariati paesi. Il proprietario Diego è una persona squisita, rispecchia a pieno il vero oste, ci siamo affidati alla sua esperienza e ci ha guidato in un percorso fatto di varie degustazioni di carne (tutti tagli di prima scelta) cotti alla perfezione. Se volete trascorrere una serata in un ottima braceria con una bella atmosfera consiglio assolutamente questo posto. Di sicuro ci ritorneremo. Divine dining experience!
