Ritorneremo in Primavera. Yesterday I visited a very characteristic Pietragalla village for the palmenti. I went to lunch with my friends at the Trattoria Romaniello, I recommend it from the appetizers to the liqueur offered to us by the Propretaria everything was Super. The Gentile Propretari. Ottimi i migliatielli, la cicoria e la pasta fresca con salsiccia e funghi. Gentili e diponibili i proprietari che gestiscono tutto. Typical local restaurant. Few places and therefore quite intimate. Ambiente poco curato ma gusti locali e prelibatezze km 0 con abbinamenti capaci di venire incontro alle esigenze personali del cliente. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente buono. Family atmosphere and friendly staff. Uncared for environment but local tastes and 0 km delicacies with combinations capable of meeting the personal needs of the customer. Absolutely good value for money.

Poca scelta nel menù ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente buono. In quattro abbiamo preso ognuno un antipasto (composto da affettati, formaggi e verdure grigliate) un primo a scelta tra strascinati salsiccia e porcini o strascinati con mollica e peperone crusco ( ve lo consiglio) e un dolce buonissimo ( rotolo con panna, crema e fragole). Caffè, acqua e vino per un totale di 94 euro. Very simple trattoria, honestly seen from the outside it does not inspire much. Kindness and simple but good cuisine characterize this restaurant. Little choice on the menu but the value for money is absolutely good. Four of us each took an appetizer (consisting of cold cuts, cheeses and grilled vegetables) a first choice between strascinati sausage and porcini or strascinati with breadcrumbs and crusco pepper (I recommend it) and a very good dessert (roll with cream, cream and strawberries ). Coffee, water and wine for a total of 94 euros.
