★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto grande,per i miei gusti troppo. Chiamandosi trattoria immaginavo un locale più piccolo.
A parte questo impatto il locale è bello,ordinato e pulito...bagni compresi e non è da poco.
Bello il fatto che abbiano molto personale,cosa difficile da trovare in luoghi grandi e soprattutto tutti molto cordiali e sorridenti. A volte "troppo" efficenti perche non facevi in tempo ad appoggiare la posata che,se il piatto era vuoto,te lo portavano via ma questo lo intendo nel senso buono.
I miei piatti non mi hanno pienamente soddisfatto: il flan/tortino di carciofi non si sentiva il gusto anche senza la crema di montasio che andava a sovrastare il sapore e lo stufato/spezzatino di manzo con asparagi aveva un buonissimo profumo ma la carte era un pò troppo asciutta,stopposa e perdeva il sapore.Dolci molto buoni così come il vino.
Costo. Nell'insieme l'ho trovato giusto.
 Very large place, for my taste too. Calling itself a trattoria, I imagined a smaller place.
Apart from this impact, the place is nice, tidy and clean ... including bathrooms and that's no small feat.
Nice that they have a lot of staff, which is difficult to find in large places and above all all very friendly and smiling. Sometimes "too" efficient because you didn't have time to put down the cutlery which, if the plate was empty, they would take it away from you but I mean this in the good sense.
My dishes did not fully satisfy me: the flan / artichoke pie could not be tasted even without the montasio cream that was going to dominate the flavor and the stew / stew of beef with asparagus had a very good smell but the la carte was a a little too dry, stringy and losing its flavor. Very good desserts as well as wine.
Cost. Overall I found it right.

"tu da friulano Doc cosa prenderesti da mangiare?"
Quando dico che viviamo nel Più bel Paese al mondo e non ce ne rendiamo conto...è perché in ogni Regione mi avete fatto fatto venire la pelle d'oca ed emozionare..come in nessun altro posto del pianeta che abbia visitato. BRAVISSIMI...CHE CENA RAGAZZI!

When I say that we live in the most beautiful country in the world and we do not realize it ... it is because in every region you have given me goosebumps and excitement .. like in no other place on the planet that I have visited. VERY GOOD ... WHAT A DINNER GUYS!

I booked this place in a rush thanks to AirBnB, and I didn't regret at all!
The restaurant owner was so nice! The food was really great! I love Italian food and I had a really good time there!
Kind of cosy around 10 pm, but they all leave before midnight. I'll definitely go back there if I have to change to return to Italia!
