★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sophisticated and tasty dishes typical of piedmont, good quality Vs price ratio. Near Ivrea highway exit and close to Vodafone, Wind and Olivetti headquarters. The restaurant is in the same complex of Crystal Palace hotel. Ivrea city center is at 10 minutes of distance by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem of Northern Italy. The restaurant serves a refined selection of Piemontese cuisine. The dishes are inventive, fragrant and beautifully presented. In addition, the wine selection and pairing are excellent as Adriano is a skilled sommelier.
You should not miss this place if you are in the region, it was a highlight of my trip to Ivrea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like eating at home. If your family were top-notch chefs, serving locally-sourced food with high quality ingredients! I had the loveliest dinner at this family-run fine dining establishment. The chef is superb and the restaurant has won accolades such as the Michelin star.
Don't let the credentials put you off - here they serve traditional Piedmontese dishes (try the Piedmonte tasting menu) and dishes you'll be familiar with, but with fantastic unexpected twists. The sommelier will make sure you have the perfect pairing for your meal.
I have to recommend the fiori di zucca, the best I've had in Italy, and the aubergine starter. The warm fragrant aubergine is topped with a mind-blowing mozzarella gelato (mozzarella. GELATO.) and drizzled with tamarind sauce. A wonderful, tasteful fusion and a MUST if you're in the area!!
