★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great steak. Getting the check took some time. One disappointment: they did not offer a doggy bag to take home bones and leftovers. I do not care if 'non è di nostra cultura'....that is a wasteful attitude to hang on to these days. ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY WOULD LIKE THEIR FOOD THROWN OUT AND WASTED OR TO TAKE IT HOME IN A DOGGY BAG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gets 5 stars because the fillet steak was superb, and by far the best steak I've ever had.
Service was very good and the restaurant was busy. Other dishes we're lovely too. 100% recommended.
Tip: If you sit upstairs it can get hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very cozy, it resembles a typical Tuscany country house. The environment is chic but not luxurious; it's informal, yet a good place to bring a girl or have a good dinner with friends and colleagues. Prices are not too high, though: me and my girlfriend spended 54€ for a big starter to be shared between us, main course (I ate a delicious pasta with fresh mushrooms) and a glass of (very good) wine of the house; I was really full. The staff is very kind, professional but with the right touch of informality. We didn't eat the Florentine but it smelled amazing and looks gorgeous (and huge). Next time I'll try and update the review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place: decorated in Tuscany style it is very cozy and warm. We were seated in a small second floor that is accessed by a a narrow staircase. There was soft chill music.
Service: we were welcomed and asked for our booking, we were late but they did not seem to be mad at us :-). The service was somehow a bit slow but reliable, including wine service
Food
We were welcomed with bread. I Missed something to put on it, perhaps some Olive and vinegar?
We got Chianti tuna, which is a plate that looks like tuna but Is in reality slow cooked pork. It came with some grilled bread and beans and it was delicious.
Testaroli, an ancient Tuscany pasta. It is something between a crepe and pasta we liked it.
Pice with pecorino cheese. It is an old pasta like a long thick spaghetti. It was really good.
Beef tagliata. The meat was entrecote and it was cooked to the perfect medium point.
Suckling slow cooked pig, have tried much better but wasn't bad.
Dessert was tiramisu, white chocolate sphere and chocolate dome. The tiramisu was very creamy, the white chocolate sphere also nice with a berries coulis and the chocolate dome with pistachio cream was a bit too bitter to my taste.
Overall we liked the entire experience and we recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good lunch at an affordable price, however the portions reflect this. I was taken aback of how small the pasta dish was but I guess it made sense with the fact that you get 2 courses for a small price.
