Cucina della tradizione locale (con nota di eccellenza sul vitello tonnato). Avremmo dato 4 stelle per la qualità dei prodotti (anche se la cucina nom è ricercata) ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero eccessivo. Con 39 euro a testa ci sono alternative stellate. Sunday lunch with my partner. Local water and wine, 1 appetizer, 1 first course, 1 second course and 2 desserts 78 euros. Traditional local cuisine (with a note of excellence on vitello tonnato). We would have given 4 stars for the quality of the products (even if the cuisine is not sought after) but the value for money is really excessive. With 39 euros each there are starry alternatives.

Mi presento al ristorante e mi viene chiesto se è per la cena, altrimenti avrei dovuto aspettare minimo 15min(che saranno stati 30 minuti minimo). Nessuno che si è degnato di scusarsi tranne la cameriera.. Pessimi!!!! Called the day before, booking 2 takeaway mixed frittio for 13.00. Re phoned the same morning to advise that I would be arriving later .... I show up at the restaurant and I am asked if it is for dinner, otherwise I would have to wait at least 15min (which must have been 30 minutes minimum). No one who has deigned to apologize except the waitress .. Bad !!!!

Anche la tagliata con carciofi spettacolare. A presto Further confirmation but there was no need. Unattainable quality and freshness. A guarantee when you move from Rivarolo. Le prugne del fritto fantastiche,ma senza il nocciolo sarebbe il Top. Torneremo sicuramente! Come sempre ??? Well what to say !! Top every time. I highly recommend it! All good! The mixed fry? Something indescribable! A tip to the chef. The fried plums are fantastic, but without the stone it would be the Top. We will definitely be back! As always ???

Lo chef Francesco ci ha accolti con la solita simpatia, preannunciandoci due piatti succulenti: la bagna cauda e il fritto misto alla piemontese, da leccarsi i baffi. Dopo la scelta delle bevande, abbiamo optato per il fritto misto, ma prima abbiamo ordinato gli antipasti: lingua in salsa rossa, peperoni con bagna cauda, frittatina con cipolla, carpaccio con scaglie di parmigiano e funghetti. La cucina è della tradizione piemontese, molto curata, giusta di sale, i fritti leggerissimi, le salse e i sughi non unti. Tutti i piatti sono di ottima qualità, abbondanti e digeribilissimi. Il servizio è curato, sollecito e gentile. Completamente soddisfatti anche questa volta! This Sunday, for lunch, we went to this cozy restaurant. Chef Francesco welcomed us with his usual sympathy, announcing two succulent dishes: the bagna cauda and the Piedmontese mixed fry, mouth-watering. After the choice of drinks, we opted for the mixed fry, but first we ordered the appetizers: tongue in red sauce, peppers with bagna cauda, omelette with onion, carpaccio with parmesan flakes and mushrooms. The cuisine is of the Piedmontese tradition, very accurate, with just the right amount of salt, very light fried foods, sauces and non-greasy sauces. All dishes are of excellent quality, abundant and highly digestible. The service is attentive, prompt and polite. Completely satisfied this time too!
