Ho assaggiato un po' di tutto varie volte dagli antipasti, i secondi e le specialità tipiche siciliane che raramente si trovano da altri posti Tutto sempre e rigorosamente fresco e di qualità, servizio veloce, proprietari e personale gentilissimo.... Che si vuole di più? Torniamo e ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio! P. S. Dessert eccezionali nulla di surgelato Trattoria located in an alley, really nice! Ad Ambelia per lavoro andiamo a pranzo in questa trattoria, anche sulla base delle recensioni pubblicate, ma ben presto capiamo che erano totalmente fuori luogo. Una volta seduti ci dicono (capiscono che non siamo del luogo) che c’è solo il menù fisso, anche se non comprendiamo perché ai nativi del luogo è consentito di ordinare alla carta, facciamo finta di nulla. Dopo un sufficiente antipasto arriviamo al primo, pasta al ragù, peccato che era totalmente cruda, fredda e senza condimento. Passiamo al secondo, grigliata mista composta da un pezzo di salsiccia e una costina di maiale, stop. È chiaro che non torneremo più e inventeremo altri a fare lo stesso....Purtroppo l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità non sono di casa. Ps: per correttezza non ci hanno fatto pagare il primo: costo decurtato a persona 2 euro. I'm not used to criticizing people who work but they don't even know where to start with cooking. In Ambelia for work we go to this restaurant for lunch, also on the basis of the reviews published, but we soon understand that they were totally out of place. Once seated they tell us (they understand that we are not local) that there is only the fixed menu, even if we do not understand why the natives of the place are allowed to order à la carte, we pretend nothing has happened. After a sufficient appetizer we arrive at the first, pasta with meat sauce, too bad it was totally raw, cold and without seasoning. Let's move on to the second, mixed grill consisting of a piece of sausage and a pork rib, stop. It is clear that we will never return and we will invent others to do the same .... Unfortunately, welcome and hospitality are not at home. Ps: to be fair they did not charge us the first: cost reduced per person 2 euros.
