Diverse sale con pochi posti a sedere, per cui l'atmosfera é molto intima e familiare. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Cibo abbondante e buono. Da ritornarci per provare anche la pizza. Located in the central square of Novoli in an ancient palace. The very rustic internal structure with vaulted ceilings and sometimes barrel-vaulted ceilings. I	Ivan Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo ristorante, posizionato nel centro storico di Novoli, in un palazzo antico molto bello, il portate molto abbondanti, e di ottima qualità, abbiamo preso l'antipasto che è stato buonissimo ottimi i prodotti le cozze a graten erano favolose, poi abbiamo preso pezzetti di carne a pignata e turciniedri e trippa che erano buonissime, tutto eccellente, il proprietario ci ha coccolati fino al ultimo mettendo a tavola due bottiglie di amaro. Il personale molto preparati. Se volete mangiare bene è il posto giusto lo consiglio. Servizio scadente lochecion mediocre(ammassati) e con delle ragnatele sulla testa, tavoli con posate bicchieri una diversa dall'altra cibo non posso dire niente perché non ho assaggiato niente. Insomma esperienza pessima. Experience albeit positive from 21.30 to 23.00 ate only four of the ten courses of the appetizer. Poor service mediocre lochecion (crowded) and with cobwebs on the head, tables with cutlery glasses one different from the other food I cannot say anything because I have not tasted anything. In short, very bad experience.

Honest, homemade and essential trattoria. However one of the best gastronomic experiences lived in Salento. It seems to have been invited home by the very nice owner, great cook. Spectacular meat appetizers and super abundant and tasty first courses. The fish is also excellent. Passed with full marks ?
