L'esperienza enogastronomica di una bella storia familiare condita dalle premurose e franche attenzioni di Flavio con Lea e la brigata di cucina. Gli antipasti cedono il posto al risotto con Carnaroli alla luganega sfumato con un Rubesco Lungarotti 2001, un'incursione di Flavio, per passare al brasato con polenta e alla torta Meneghina, senza ammiccare ad una cucina modaiola. Cibo accoglienza calore ed un'atmosfera casalinga intatta. Bravi
Saturday 12 October an evening of enjoyment among longtime friends at the Trattoria dell'Impero by Flavio Boffelli - Truccazzano (MI). The food and wine experience of a beautiful family story seasoned with the attentive and frank attention of Flavio with Lea and the kitchen brigade. The appetizers give way to risotto with Carnaroli with nuanced luganega with a Rubesco Lungarotti 2001, an incursion by Flavio, to switch to braised meat with polenta and Meneghina cake, without winking at a fashionable cuisine.
