Tutto da gustare. Chiaro ,semplice e cristallino. Let's face it, if you like to eat more than well, if you like to taste typical products of first quality, if you like being in the company of fantastic people, this is the obligatory stop. Everything to taste. Clear, simple and crystal clear.

a	aurelio mezzotero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è posto in una piazzetta pedonale graziosa e accogliente ma poco vivibile perchè invasa dai tavoli del ristorante stesso e da uno scooterone che ne rendeva difficile l'accesso. Nel merito, presso questa trattoria abbiamo preso come piatti principali una frisella condita con pomodoro e burrata un antipasto di affettati e di caciocavallo e delle bistecche T-bone servite sulla pietra refrattaria insieme a patatine congelate all'origine. Nel complesso l'offerta risulta appena accettabile e molto basica (es. patate congelate nel cuore del territorio della patata della sila igp). Consigliato vivamente di ordinare dal menu, perchè, se si lascia carta bianca all'oste, c'è il rischio di vedersi presentare a voce dei conti salati e rendicontati in modo approssimato (boule di birra da tre litri a 35 euro!). Insomma questa trattoria posta nel cuore di un borgo silano molto caratteristico come Longobucco avrebbe molto potenziale che sembra sprecato in mano a una gestione rapace e poco professionale, specialmente, pare, con i turisti. The restaurant is located in a nice and welcoming pedestrian square but not very liveable because it is invaded by the tables of the restaurant itself and by a scooter that made it difficult to access. In this regard, at this restaurant we took as main dishes a frisella seasoned with tomato and burrata, an appetizer of cold cuts and caciocavallo and T-bone steaks served on the refractory stone together with chips frozen at the origin. Overall, the offer is barely acceptable and very basic (eg frozen potatoes in the heart of the sila pgi potato territory). It is highly recommended to order from the menu, because, if you leave the innkeeper carte blanche, there is the risk of being presented verbally with salty bills and reported in an approximate way (three-liter beer boule at 35 euros!). In short, this trattoria located in the heart of a very characteristic Silan village such as Longobucco would have a lot of potential that seems wasted in the hands of a rapacious and unprofessional management, especially, it seems, with tourists.

Molto apprezzabile anche il dopo cena con servizio coktail. Chiunque sia zona passi di li.. non ve ne pentirete We stayed in this fantastic place full of friendliness, good food, excellent service. Excellent location to spend evenings with friends while having fun. The after dinner with cocktail service is also very appreciated. Whoever is in the area passes by there .. you will not regret it

Il personale è gentile e cordiale, ma non sono il top sul servizio. Il cibo è tutto casareccio! Tutto quello che ci ha servito, dall'antipasto al primo,dal pane al vino, era tutto fresco e "homemade". Mi aspettavo un po' di abbondanza in più (visto che queste zone sono rinomate per abbondanza e prezzi bassi). Il conto è nella media, 20€ antipasto ,primo vino e caffè. Place located in the central area in the municipality of Longobucco. The restaurant is typical of the mountains, all in wood with an outside and inside space. The staff is polite and friendly, but they are not the top on service. The food is all homemade! Everything that served us, from the appetizer to the first, from the bread to the wine, was all fresh and "homemade". I was expecting a little more abundance (as these areas are renowned for abundance and low prices). The bill is average, € 20 appetizer, first wine and coffee.

SUCCULENTI PIETANZE CARATTERISTECHE CUCINATE COME SOLO A LONGOBUCCO SANNO FARE..PERSONALE GENTILE E DISPONIBILE, IL TITOLARE PASQUALE INSIEME ALLA MOGLIE E FIGLI TI FANNO SENTIRE COME SE FOSSI A CASA TUA, E NON IN UN LUOGO PUBBLICO..CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ANDARCI E SOPRATTUTTO VISITARE IL PAESE E LE SUE VIUZZE DAVVERO INCANTEVOLI.. I HAVE BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AT LUNCH AND DINNER .. EXCELLENT CUISINE TYPICAL OF THE PLACE. SUCCULENT FEATURES COOKED AS ONLY IN LONGOBUCCO THEY KNOW ... KIND AND AVAILABLE PERSONNEL, THE EASTER HOLDER TOGETHER WITH HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN MAKE YOU FEEL AS IF YOU WERE AT HOME, AND NOT VISITING A PUBLIC SITE ... THE COUNTRY AND ITS TRULY ENCHANTING LANES ..
