Si mangia da Dio le pappardelle al prosciutto le ho divorate tante xhe erano buone per non dire di tutto il resto. Se potessi aggiungere nella valutazione un altra stella lo farei più che volentieri. Ma qui nella bassa pianura padana ne nostre mamme e nonne questi piatti facevano e di sicuro non ci lentavamo che ci fosse sempre la stessa cosa ... Anzi. Devo inoltre constatare che l'ultima visita è stata davvero molto apprezzata anche dai miei commensali solitamente molto esigenti e inoltre anche a me la qualità dell'assaporato è andata migliorando nel tempo... Da ritornare sempre in questa cucina nostrana , semplice in un locale che mi ricorda la casa dei miei nonni .
