Poi una piacevole sorpresa: personale gentile e professionale. Cibo anch'esso da lasciare dei ricordi più che piacevoli. Sicuramente da ritornarci come un tempo. I ragazzi in sala sono stati gentilissimi e super preparati a spiegare ogni pietanza, dal primo al caffè. Ho assaggiato il risotto con la pasta di salame e un'insalatina di manzo cotto a bassa temperatura: ho trovato i due piatti buonissimi. Cottura del risotto eccellente e manzo tenerissimo, entrambi ben realizzati, con sapori e cura nell’estetica ottimi. Prezzo onestissimo per un pranzo di questo livello. Si respira tanta passione e competenza in quello che fanno, e mi sono sentito seguito dall'inizio alla fine con grande attenzione. Sono appena partiti, ma hanno le carte in regola per togliersi grandi soddisfazioni, bravi bravi ragazzi. I tasted the risotto with salami pasta and a beef salad cooked at a low temperature: I found the two dishes very good. Excellent cooking of risotto and very tender beef, both well made, with excellent flavors and attention to aesthetics. Very fair price for a lunch of this level. There is a lot of passion and competence in what they do, and I felt followed from start to finish with great attention. They have just left, but they have what it takes to get great satisfaction, good guys.

Menù del pranzo interessante ma soprattutto all’altezza della storia che ha contraddistinto nel passato questa magnifica trattoria. Menù Lunch con possibilità di scelta tra antipasti, primi e secondi a prezzo fisso. Lasagna davvero gradevole, stinco affumicato buonissimo accompagnato da delle patate cotte a puntino e davvero gustose, il tutto “condito” da grande professionalità e gentilezza da parte dei ragazzi di sala. Tornerò sicuramente per scoprire la proposta serale e la carta dei vini. Consigliatissimo per chi desidera gustare la cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna, bravi davvero. A Trescore Cremasco, paesino dimenticato dal tempo, troviamo la Trattoria del Fulmine con piatti della tradizione rivisitati in chiave moderna senza troppo strafare, con grande padronanza della cucina e oltre 3000 etichette di vini che Daniele sa raccontare e consigliare con grande conoscenza!
