β β β β β Place was busy when I was there (for good reason). Excellent food, perhaps one of the best meals I've had. Excellent pasta dishes and meat, roasted vegetables were delicious. Desert was out of this world. If you are in the area make a reservation and go! Unassuming, tight seating, very friendly staff. You might pass it by accident, but surely worth it.

β β β β β I have no idea what my Italian friend ordered, but everything was very delicious. Highly recommend this place. Charcoal grill in the kitchen explains it all I would say!!!

β β β β β As l'Osteria del Gallo there's not any other place in Bologna. Here you can taste the original flavour of the region with dishes hardly rooted in the heritage of Bolognese culinary "cucina". This is the place.

β β β β β From us is 5 stars. I donβt understand the 4.2, it is much better. Local restaurant, always full, this means a lot. I drunk a premium lambrusco, all the tasted food was exceptional, the desserts wasnβt t my type, but the tiramisu also had a high quality. Highly recommend it.
