La nostra esperienza devo dire è stata molto positiva abbiamo iniziato con il tagliere da Bruna , affettati e soprattutto le cipolle caramellate tutto ottimo e poi un primo con i formaggi e tartufo e poi le costine d'agnello servite con il purè,tutto speciale,in più ho voluto aggiungere le patate che si sposano benissimo con il resto accompagnato da un calice di Vino Valpolicella. Da sottolineare la gentilezza e professionalità del personale per non parlare della simpatia della signora Chiara. Rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono. Consiglio di prenotare perché il posto non è grandissimo e c'è molta gente che viene sicuramente per l'ottima cucina e il locale molto curato,se passo di nuovo sicuramente un salto ci sta , complimenti. We were passing through, looking at the TripAdvisor reviews I was struck by the place also for the quality / price ratio described by other users. Our experience I must say was very positive we started with the Bruna cutting board, cold cuts and above all the caramelized onions all excellent and then a first course with cheeses and truffles and then the lamb ribs served with mashed potatoes, all special, in plus I wanted to add the potatoes that go very well with the rest accompanied by a glass of Valpolicella wine. To underline the kindness and professionalism of the staff not to mention the sympathy of Mrs. Chiara. Very good value for money. I recommend to book because the place is not very big and there are many people who certainly come for the excellent cuisine and the well-kept restaurant, if I pass again surely there is a jump, congratulations.

Allo staff della Trattoria Dalla Bruna non devi chiedere nulla, loro sanno sempre cosa ti serve e ti anticipano nella richiesta. Così dovrebbe essere un ristoratore: attento, cortese, premuroso, disponibile ma non troppo. Loro, hanno tutte queste caratteristiche, tutto nella giusta misura, perciò la consiglio di cuore. You don't have to ask for anything from the staff of Trattoria Dalla Bruna, they always know what you need and they anticipate you in the request. This is how a restaurateur should be: attentive, courteous, thoughtful, helpful but not too much. They have all these characteristics, all in the right measure, so I recommend it from the heart. High quality cuisine.

Il risotto all'Amarone è squisito, cotto alla perfezione. Prezzi onesti, e ulteriore punto a favore è il fatto che l'acqua è inclusa nel coperto e si può ordinarne quanta si vuole. Le cameriere sono molto gentili. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Amazing! An elegant and modern restaurant that at the same time offers dishes cooked as they once were. Risotto with Amarone is exquisite, cooked to perfection. Fair prices, and a further plus is the fact that water is included in the cover charge and you can order as much as you want. The waitresses are very nice. I absolutely recommend it.
