Alla trattoria Dal Santo si torna al passato... un tuffo tra la memoria dei luoghi e delle tradizioni... la seconda guerra mondiale, la storia locale... Si mangia bene e si spende pochissimo. Il cibo è di qualità, ben fatto, materie prime ottime, rispettoso delle tradizioni territoriali, senza franzoli: dalle nostre parti (Romagna) si dice "poche pugnette". I fighetti e i pretenzioso da salottino possono esimersi di esperire l'esperienza da Oscar e figlio. Bravi, onesti anche troppo, e cortesi... a loro modo, figli della loro cultura di veneti padovani. Tornerò sicuramente a costo di allungare il giro di qualche decina di km. A presto. Fantastic Oscar called "Fufi" ... but the saint who is he? ? Forse perché era il pranzo di lavoro, comunque ho trovato poca scelta di pietanze; l'antipasto di affettati e sottaceti era normale, i bigoi con salsiccia e funghi assolutamente bocciati, erano sconditi e privi di sapore, spezzatino di musso con polenta invece molto buono. Rapporto/qualità prezzo comunque ottimo (menú fisso a pranzo 10 €), mi riprometto di tornare la sera se mai ricapiterò in zona! Perhaps because it was the business lunch, however I found little choice of dishes; the appetizer of cold cuts and pickles was normal, the bigoi with sausage and mushrooms absolutely rejected, they were unseasoned and tasteless, musso stew with polenta instead very good. Still excellent value for money (fixed lunch menu 10 €), I plan to return in the evening if I ever happen to be in the area again!
