Carne cruda frollata magistralmente, e la fiorentina cotta e cruda sono senza dubbio i cavalli di battaglia, ma anche i primi piatti e tutti i contorni specialità da non perdere. Inoltre una selezione di gin nazionali e esteri e whisky accompagnati da un buon sigaro rendono l'esperienza memorabile. Da Vigheto is always a guarantee. For a couple of years Andrea has made significant changes to the menu and to the historic location. Masterfully aged raw meat, and cooked and raw Florentine steak are undoubtedly the strong points, but also first courses and all the specialty side dishes not to be missed. In addition, a selection of domestic and foreign gins and whiskeys accompanied by a good cigar make the experience memorable.

C	Chiara Centomo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso dire che sia stata un ottima esperienza dal momento che il giorno dopo avere mangiato carne cruda ho passato l'intera giornata seduta in bagno...a parte questo la costata era buona, il filetto ottimo.mi aspettavo più scelta nei contorni e soprattutto nei dolci perche non cera altro che un paio di semifreddi. COnto super salato. Non ci tornerò Unfortunately I can't say that it was a great experience since the day after eating raw meat I spent the whole day sitting in the bathroom ... apart from that the rib was good, the fillet was excellent.I expected more choice in the side dishes. and especially in desserts because there was nothing but a couple of parfaits. Super salty COnto. I will not go back

In seguito ci ha proposto un assaggio generale dei suoi antipasti, consigliandoci in particolare il gin tonic creato appositamente per abbinarsi alla tartare di carne. Come primo piatto, abbiamo scelto di assaggi diversi tra i quali anche il risotto all'amarone e le pappardelle al sugo di Fiorentina (sua specialità esclusiva). Come secondo, abbiamo scelto una fiorentina cotta e il carpaccio dello stesso taglio, con contorni vari. Andrea non ha perso occasione per spiegarci la sua abilità e la sua dedizione nel preparare la carne, nel consigliare vini e soprattutto le varietà di gin tonic e verso fine pasto ci ha persino offerto la possibilità di degustare whiskey di qualità da abbinare ai sigari. Carne squisita, servizio in generale ottimo, terremo presente questa esperienza per farla provare ai nostri amici. Later he offered us a general taste of his appetizers, recommending in particular the gin and tonic created specifically to match the meat tartare. As a first course, we chose different tastings including risotto all'amarone and pappardelle with Fiorentina sauce (its exclusive specialty). As a second course, we chose a cooked Florentine and carpaccio of the same cut, with various side dishes. Andrea did not miss an opportunity to explain his skill and dedication to preparing meat, recommending wines and especially the varieties of gin and tonics and at the end of the meal he even offered us the opportunity to taste quality whiskey to pair with cigars. Exquisite meat, excellent service in general, we will keep this experience in mind for our friends to try. Portion are generous and food quality is from ok to very good. Prices are cheap. The view from the parking is very nice. Staff is friendly and children are welcome.
