S	Simone “Simo22” carnio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo giunti al locale sabato a pranzo e abbiamo chiesto, non vedendo nessun cliente, se fosse possibile mangiare. Il cordialissmo proprietario ci dà la conferma e ci fa accomodare. Dopo un'attesa di 5 minuti arriva una sua collaboratrice per apparecchiare il tavolo ma senza menù che ci viene detto a voce dal proprietario dopo altri 10 minuti. Poi dire "menu" è un'esagerazione: ci propone del San Daniele come antipasto pensando fossimo turisti, un secondo e un solo primo, senza nessun'altra opzione. Abbiamo optato per la tagliatella "fatta a mano" con sughetto di peperoni: pasta assolutamente non fatta in casa con peperoni saltati in un soffritto di cipolla. Sapendo di essere nel torto, il proprietario continuava a giustificarsi dicendoci che era il fine settimana e che restava solo questo data la sua politica del "uso solo prodotti freschi" (peperone di stagione a gennaio no?). Simpatica la scena alla cassa quando la collaboratrice, spero, è entrata nel panico facendo i calcoli per darci il resto. Concludo dicendo che se vi è rimasta solo una cosa nel vostro frigo "fresco e con prodotti di qualità", non fate accomodare dei clienti che vorrebbero pranzare o quantomeno avvisate del vostro povero (se non nullo) menu. Non ci tornerei. We arrived at the restaurant on Saturday for lunch and asked, not seeing any customers, if it was possible to eat. The cordial owner gives us the confirmation and makes us sit. After a wait of 5 minutes, one of his collaborators arrives to set the table but without a menu which we are told verbally by the owner after another 10 minutes. Then saying "menu" is an exaggeration: he proposes San Daniele as an appetizer thinking we were tourists, a second and only a first course, with no other option. We opted for the "handmade" tagliatella with pepper sauce: absolutely not homemade pasta with peppers sautéed in onion sauté. Knowing he was wrong, the owner kept justifying himself by telling us that it was the weekend and that only this remained due to his policy of "use only fresh products" (pepper in season in January right?). Nice scene at the cash desk when the collaborator, I hope, panicked doing the calculations to give us the change. I conclude by saying that if there is only one thing left in your fridge "fresh and with quality products", do not accommodate customers who would like to have lunch or at least warn about your poor (if any) menu. I would not go there again.
