P	Pietro Tallini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un carinissimo ristorante al centro di Esperia. Avevo trovato in rete questo ristorante con recensioni positive e voti alti ed ho voluto testarlo personalmente. Si é rivelato una piacevole scoperta, dal personale cortese e simpatico alle pietanze ricche e gustose. Mi é piaciuto che non c'é un menù, ma é il cameriere stesso a dirti i piatti del giorno tra cui scegliere. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo provato il tagliere di base seguito da pappardelle al cinghiale e pappardelle al tartufo. Un piatto meglio dell'altro! Abbiamo proseguito con una grigliata mista accompagnata da buon vino rosso della casa e per concludere un bell'amaro. Pieni voti meritati. A very cute restaurant in the center of Esperia. I found this restaurant on the net with positive reviews and high marks and I wanted to test it myself. It turned out to be a pleasant discovery, from the courteous and sympathetic staff to the rich and tasty dishes. I liked that there is no menu, but the waiter himself tells you the dishes of the day to choose from. My girlfriend and I tried the basic cutting board followed by pappardelle with wild boar and truffle pappardelle. A dish better than the other! We continued with a mixed grill accompanied by good red wine from the house and to end a beautiful bitterness. Full deserved votes.

Il menù pubblicato su internet è super invitante e corrisponde a quello consegnato dal cameriere al tavolo, peccato che poi quando è venuto a prendere l'ordine non aveva nessuno dei due primi da noi scelti. In alternativa ci propone degli spaghettoni con ragù e carciofi ma alla fine ci porta degli spaghetti con brodino non meglio identificato e trita secca (tipo hamburger sbriciolato). Avevamo già ordinato anche una grigliata mista da dividere ma ci hanno portato i 3 pezzi che vedete in foto (costava 16€). Abbiamo chiesto il dolce: sul menù ce n'erano 3 e ne avevamo scelti due ma ovviamente l'unico disponibile era il terzo che non ci interessava. Ho chiesto un amaro ciociaro, sul menù si vende a bicchiere a 1,5€, ci hanno portato la bottiglia e due bicchieri e sul conto ne hanno segnati due. Nonostante sia economico noi ne volevamo uno solo! Il vino economico è stato l'unico punto positivo, ma data la scarsità di cibo eravamo quasi brilli (e scontenti). It would seem to be the only place to eat in Esperia. The menu published on the internet is super inviting and corresponds to the one delivered by the waiter to the table, too bad that when he came to take the order he had neither of the first two chosen by us. Alternatively he offers us spaghetti with meat sauce and artichokes but in the end he brings us spaghetti with unidentified broth and dry mince (like a crumbled hamburger). We had already ordered a mixed grill to divide but they brought us the 3 pieces you see in the picture (it cost 16 €). We asked for dessert: there were 3 on the menu and we had chosen two but obviously the only one available was the third one that didn't interest us. I asked for an amaro ciociaro, on the menu it is sold by the glass for € 1.5, they brought us the bottle and two glasses and they marked two on the bill. Although it is cheap we only wanted one! Cheap wine was the only good point, but given the scarcity of food we were almost tipsy (and unhappy).

Ottimo cibo casareccio e ospitalità impeccabile. Ci torneremo assolutamente. Undecided where to stop for lunch, we stopped at this restaurant and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent homemade food and impeccable hospitality. We will absolutely be back.

Partiamo dal personale e dai proprietari che dimostrano una genuina gentilezza, una disponibilità unica e sempre un sorriso piacevole. Solitamente sono caratteristiche che si tende a dare per scontate, ma siccome la pandemia e gli eventi più recenti hanno portato ad un incattivirsi societario, piuttosto che il contrario personalmente non mi sento di concedere assolutamente il dubbio ad alcuno. Cosa che, invece qui è assolutamente palpabile a partire dall'allegria del signor Luigi fino ai piccoli amici della natura che incorniciano il giardino dove è possibile mangiare all'aperto. I piatti della tradizione e la tradizione stessa vengono rispettati nei sapori, nei magnifici colori e nell'aroma sempre avvolgente. Delizie di un tempo fanno capolino sui tavoli, che assumono cromie passate e riportano ai pensieri infanzia e un passato lontano ma mai dimenticato. Very central trattoria in the splendid Esperia. A welcoming, informal and certainly familiar place. Let's start with the staff and owners who show genuine kindness, a unique availability and always a pleasant smile. Usually these are characteristics that we tend to take for granted, but since the pandemic and the most recent events have led to a corporate rage, rather than the opposite, I personally do not feel I can absolutely concede the doubt to anyone. Which, on the other hand, is absolutely palpable here starting from the cheerfulness of Mr. Luigi to the little friends of nature that frame the garden where it is possible to eat outdoors. The traditional dishes and the tradition itself are respected in the flavors, in the magnificent colors and in the always enveloping aroma. Delights of the past peek out on the tables, which take on past colors and bring back to childhood thoughts and a distant but never forgotten past.

m	magen Primo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little family-run tavern in a little village. The place is not crowded because the village is not well known but usually who pass from Esperia stops here. The tavern is on one floor but the eating room have also a mezzanine where you can feel more in intimacy.

The food was fresh and super tasty, with reasonable price. If we should nothave to go back Roma today, we would like to go there to have dinner tonight as well. The barbecue and steak are fantastic.
