★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato sabato per la prima volta mangiato benissimo cibo tipico bresciano ma fatto con passione caso casoncelli buonissimi tagliata stratosferica torta di mele stra buona.Ci vado pure domenica
 I went on Saturday for the first time ate very well typical Brescia food but made with passion case casoncelli very good stratospheric sliced apple pie very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna valutare questo ristorante per l'arredo ormai vetusto? Per il caldo che spesso c'è nella sala? Assolutamente no! Questa trattoria è uno spaccato di vita bresciana di una volta, autentica. All'ingresso c'è il bar con decine di signori che giocamo a carte mentre il ristorante è dietro. La sala è semplice e arredata in modo minimale. La cortesia è ai massimi livelli. Il figlio dei proprietari è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni vs esigenza. La cucina è del territorio. Essendo a Barbariga non mancano gli ottimi casoncelli! UNO SPETTACOLO. Complimenti e in bocca al lupo nel cercare di mantenere in vita un luogo così autentico.
Should we evaluate this restaurant for its outdated decor? For the heat that is often in the room? Absolutely not! This trattoria is a glimpse of Brescian life of the past, authentic. At the entrance there is the bar with dozens of gentlemen who play cards while the restaurant is behind. The room is simple and furnished in a minimal way. Courtesy is at the highest level. The owners' son is very kind and attentive to your every need. The cuisine is local. Being in Barbariga there is no shortage of excellent casoncelli! A SHOW. Congratulations and good luck in trying to keep such an authentic place alive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Trattoria Cavallino non esce nessuno deluso!Personale molto cortese. Ci ha servito Sofia, che è stata davvero cosi gentile e carina.
Il posto è in stile trattoria arredato semplice ma accogliente, con dei bei tavoli presumo del 900..
Ci hanno letteralmente fatti abbuffare con piatti squisiti..
La Bariloca è un piatto di riso, funghi e gallina, cucinati divinamente e da un profumo che fa venire fame.
È un piatto simbolo del paese e se ci andate dovete provarlo.
Come se non ci fosse un domani abbiamo provato i Casoncelli alle erbe, una delizia..
E qualcuno ha detto di si anche per i Cappelletti alla carne, ma solo giusto un assaggio prima di scoppiare..favolosi
I piu ingordi hanno preso una tagliatina per finire il vino.. perfetta!
Prezzo in rapporto qualità prodotto e aggiungo quantità..eccellente!
Da ritornare assolutamente.
Cè un cuoco dalle mani d’oro li dentro.
Pochi posti parcheggio difronte.
Capienza massima del locale 28 persone.

No one comes out disappointed at Trattoria Cavallino! Very courteous staff. Sofia served us, she was really so kind and nice.
The place is in a simple but welcoming trattoria style furnished, with nice tables I presume from the 1900s ..
They literally made us binge with exquisite dishes ..
Bariloca is a dish of rice, mushrooms and chicken, cooked divinely and with a scent that makes you hungry.
It is a symbolic dish of the country and if you go there you have to try it.
As if there were no tomorrow we tried the Casoncelli with herbs, a delight ..
And someone also said yes to the Cappelletti alla carne, but just a taste before bursting ... fabulous
The greediest took a tagliatina to finish the wine .. perfect!
Price in relation to product quality and quantity .. excellent!
