★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente organizzato con un layout di posti limitati (circa 70) si presenta ampio, arioso e luminoso. Pavimento e sottotetto rustici, arredi coerenti con lo stile di una casa colonica. Abbiamo prenotato per il pranzo di sabato. Accoglienza cordiale, controllo puntuale green pass (da noi gradito) e comanda in tempi ragionevolmente brevi. Abbiamo scelto un primo (gnocchi pomodoro e squaquerone), verdure fritte miste e costata. Primo eccellente, gusto deciso, ben caratterizzato ed equilibrato. Verdure in pastella molto buone, gradite le olive all'ascolana e la crema fritta. Buone le zucchine. Tagliata cotta alla brace, tenera e gustosa. Vino sangiovese Le More di Castelluccio. La piadina è molto buona, degna di una trattoria di alto livello. In generale abbiamo apprezzato la capacità di mantenere fermi gli standard della tradizione (segnatamente in riferimento a piadina e carne) e di proporre anche piatti diversi, comunque in armonia col menù e con la linea della trattoria. Servizio cordiale e competente. Prezzo conforme alla qualità offerta. Caffè migliorabile (troppa robusta nella miscela). Ci torneremmo più spesso se fosse facile trovare posto...
The environment organized with a layout of limited places (about 70) is large, airy and bright. Rustic floor and attic, furnishings consistent with the style of a farmhouse. We booked for Saturday lunch. Friendly welcome, punctual green pass control (appreciated by us) and orders in a reasonably short time. We chose a first course (tomato and squaquerone gnocchi), mixed fried vegetables and chops. Excellent first course, strong taste, well characterized and balanced. Very good battered vegetables, like the olives all'ascolana and the fried cream. Good zucchini. Sliced cooked on the grill, tender and tasty. Sangiovese wine Le More di Castelluccio. The piadina is very good, worthy of a high-level restaurant. In general, we appreciated the ability to maintain traditional standards (especially in reference to piadina and meat) and to also offer different dishes, however in harmony with the menu and with the line of the restaurant. Friendly and competent service. Price in accordance with the quality offered. Coffee that can be improved (too robust in the blend). We would go back more often if it was easy to find a seat ...
