La più eclatante dimostrazione di un'ignoranza paesana che pensavo fosse ormai estinta e della quale me ne vengogno in quanto meridionale. Ci rechiamo in questo posto di Venerdì... locale Assolutamente Vuoto... E non e difficile spiegarsi il perché. All'ingresso ci hanno chiesto il green pass, di li avranno appreso che eravamo Americani e nonostante i prezzi ben chiari sul menu, ci hanno caricato esattamente il doppio per qualunque pietanza ordinata. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni il titolare ha insinuato che le porzioni fossero doppie perché eravamo in 4 il che non e assolutamente vero. E difficile immaginare metà delle misere porzioni che ci sono state servite. Prezzi talmente surreali che non pago neanche nelle migliori steakhouse a New York e di ristoranti ne provo a centinaia nel corso dell'anno per motivi di lavoro. Forse la parte piu ridicola era la grigliata di carne anche quella a menu 14 euro fattaci pagare 25 euro. E se qualcuno fosse curioso di sapere cosa ci fosse stato servito, bene parliamo letteralmente di salsiccia di cavallo e di fettine di carne sottilissime che tipicamente si fanno in olio in padella. Carne misera e di basso valore. Per chiunque legga questa recensione, mi sento di dire, abbiate fede, visitate la Puglia che e ricca di posti belli e persone stupende. Questi biforchi sono un'eccezione. Parola di un orgoglioso meridionale che vive ormai da 20 anni in America. If I could I would give this place zero stars. The most striking demonstration of a peasant ignorance that I thought was now extinct and of which I come to as a southern. We go to this place on a Friday ... Absolutely Empty ... And it's not hard to explain why. At the entrance they asked us for the green pass, from them they learned that we were Americans and despite the clear prices on the menu, they charged us exactly double for any dish ordered. At my request for explanations, the owner insinuated that the portions were double because there were 4 of us which is absolutely not true. It's hard to imagine half of the meager portions we've been served. Prices so surreal that I don't pay even in the best steakhouses in New York and I try hundreds of restaurants throughout the year for business reasons. Perhaps the most ridiculous part was the grilled meat, even the one on the menu 14 euros made us pay 25 euros. And if anyone were curious to know what was served to us, we are literally talking about horse sausage and very thin slices of meat that are typically cooked in oil in a pan. Poor, low-value meat. For anyone reading this review, I feel like saying, have faith, visit Puglia which is full of beautiful places and wonderful people. These forks are an exception. Word of a proud southerner who has lived in America for 20 years now.

Nel centro storico di Bisceglie, è rigorosa la prenotazione dato che i posti a sedere sono limitati. Parole forti di questo locale sono semplicità e bontà. Nb. Particolare attenzione anche per gli intolleranti al lattosio ai quali hanno servito pietanze alternative...ottime. bravi! Family-run trattoria where you can find genuine food, friendly staff and a well-kept and clean local. In the historic center of Bisceglie, reservations are strict as seats are limited. Strong words of this place are simplicity and goodness. Nb. Particular attention also for lactose intolerant to whom they served alternative dishes ... excellent. good!
