E tutte le volte mi do la stessa risposta: perché si mangia benissimo, in maniera casalinga e tradizionale. Varietà di primi e paste fatte in casa, cacciatora in umido, coniglio (solo su prenotazione in giorni particolari, da non perdere) e infine, ma non per ordine di importanza, il gnocco fritto (a Modena e provincia lo chiamiamo così). Imperdibile, buonissimo. Ho sentito di persone che vengono da lontano solo per quello. Trattoria Baldini sempre sinonimo di qualità. Every time I go to the Baldini restaurant I wonder how it is possible that so many people can flock to such a remote location. And every time I give myself the same answer: because you eat very well, in a traditional and homely way. Variety of first courses and homemade pastas, stewed cacciatora, rabbit (by reservation only on special days, not to be missed) and finally, but not least, the fried dumpling (in Modena and its province we call it that). Unmissable, very good. I've heard of people who come from far away just for that. Trattoria Baldini always synonymous with quality.

Se invece cercate una cucina tradizionale e VERA, bè questo è il posto perfetto! Gnocchi fritti fantastici e tortelli veramente eccezionali! Il servizio anche è stato ottimo! Assolutamente consigliato!! If you are looking for an elegant and classy place, I'm sorry but this restaurant is not for you. If you are looking for a traditional and REAL cuisine, well this is the perfect place! Fantastic fried gnocchi and truly exceptional tortelli! The service was also great! Absolutely recommended !!

Per chi, come me che non è emiliano ma ha vissuto da queste parti, la trattoria Baldini è un locale a cui non si può rinunciare per mangiare il più magnifico "gnòc fret" del modenese. Ci sono tornato qualche giorno fa, dopo 10 anni, e la qualità del cibo, unita alla genuinità e all'accoglienza del gestore, ancora una volta ha dimostrato di non avere eguali. Se siete da quelle parti (ma anche se non siete da quelle parti) andateci e godete. More than a restaurant it is a magical place. For those who, like me, who are not Emilian but have lived in these parts, the Baldini restaurant is a place that you cannot give up to eat the most magnificent "gnòc fret" in the Modena area. I went back a few days ago, after 10 years, and the quality of the food, combined with the genuineness and hospitality of the manager, once again proved to have no equal. Il posto un po intanato lo abbiamo trovato su consiglio di un amico, spartano ma buono. Torneremo per assaggiare gli altri piatti!
