★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional Northern Italian food. This a small, cosy, very traditional restaurant. The food was excellent but not what I was expecting. I ordered tagliatelle with meat sauce, which turned out to be a rabbit stew with pasta in it. Also, if you don't have much of a grasp of Italian, you might have a hard time ordering, as the staff didn't have great English. The food and wine was lovely and cheap, it just wasn't the dining experience I was aiming for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was AMAZING, but they clearly didn't want tourist there. The slow roasted meat literally fell off the bone. We ordered a wine and they gave us the wrong one, but it was pretty darn good. We watched the table next to us, who ate at the same time, get a dessert menu and coffee while we sat there for 30 minutes. We then asked for a dessert menu and left about 5 minutes after without getting one. Again, great food. Wouldn't recommend if you don't speak Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent blend of Veronese and German fare! Best meal we have had in Italy thus far. Nice house wine in variety of quantities. The roasted potatoes are heavenly. You will not be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very tasty ? Homemade traditional food. Pasta bigoli with duck sauce accompanied by a glass of valpolicella wine was delicious. Trattoria is very easy to find, close to the city center. Not easy to find a place to park nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was decent. Maybe we didn’t order the right dish. Service was fine. They do speak some English. There’s an English menu. We were recommended by a local to come here. Not memorable but we did get a free dessert cake from a big table next to us! Definitely make reservations if you want homemade food in Verona.
