Endlich hat eine Familie das Lokal übernommen, die es wirklich ernst meint. Erst etwas skeptisch, waren wir sehr angenehm überrascht. Gemessen an Simone ist noch etwas Luft nach oben, auch was Einrichtung und Ambiente betrifft, aber das wird schon! Diese nette Wirtsfamilie wächst da bestimmt hinein! Wir kommen wieder!!! Since Simone and family left, the two attempts to keep the place going have been just bad. Finally a family who really mean business has taken over the place. At first a little skeptical, we were very pleasantly surprised. Measured against Simone, there is still some room for improvement, also in terms of furnishings and ambience, but that will be fine! This nice host family will definitely grow into it! We will be back!!!

Menù un pochino striminzito però vengono aggiunti a voce alcuni piatti del giorno. Buono il polipo con le patate ...anche se un po scarsa la quantità. Fritto di mare lago ben fatto a parte i 2 tranci di trota. Abbondanti invece e ben condite le tagliatelle al cinghiale. Buoni anche i dessert proposti prezzi nella media . Manca ancora il calore e l accoglienza della gestione precedente ma col tempo si può migliorare. Finally this nice restaurant has reopened with new management. Beautiful location especially the open space under the great cedar of Lebanon. A little skimpy menu, however, some dishes of the day are added verbatim. Good octopus with potatoes ... even if the quantity is a bit poor. Fried lake sea fish well done apart from the 2 trout steaks. On the other hand, the tagliatelle with wild boar are abundant and well seasoned. Good desserts are also offered at average prices. The warmth and hospitality of the previous management is still missing, but over time it can improve.

Abbiamo mangiato lasagnette al ragù classico e che dire, da perdere il fiato dalla bontà di quel sugo veramente casalino. La pasta è fatta a mano, lo spessore era perfetto e porosa al punto giusto tanto da essere legata perfettamente al sugo. Di secondo abbiamo mangiato la tagliata al lardo e funghi. Anche questo piatto era spaziale! La carne si scioglieva sotto i denti, un vortice di sapore inebriava il palato, ne avrei mangiata un quintale! Il tiramisù, al bicchiere, era anch'esso paradisiaco! Un posto che merita tantissimo di essere visitato! Sicuramente torneremo con i nostri genitori. This place is a place surrounded by nature. We ate lasagnette with classic meat sauce and what to say, to lose your breath from the goodness of that truly homemade sauce. The pasta is handmade, the thickness was perfect and porous at the right point so as to be perfectly bound to the sauce. Secondly we ate the tagliata with lard and mushrooms. This dish was also spatial! The meat melted under the teeth, a whirlwind of flavor intoxicated the palate, I would have eaten a ton! The tiramisu, by the glass, was also heavenly! A place that really deserves to be visited! We will definitely come back with our parents.
