★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso valutare il lavoro di questa ditta perché i sig. Coltro e Nascimben (che sembravano così seri) con lavoro, preventivo e date concordate hanno preferito lasciarmi letteralmente a piedi un mese prima, precisamente quando dovevano darmi gli scatoloni, adducendo ad una scusa ridicola .
Bastava dire “non siamo in grado “ di fare un trasloco cosi impegnativo e avrebbero fatto più bella figura .
Per mia fortuna la ditta seria l’ho trovata e ad un mese dal trasloco quindi mi ritengo anche fortunata poteva andare peggio !!
I can't evaluate the work of this firm because mr. Coltro and Nascimben (who seemed so serious) with work, budget and agreed dates preferred to literally leave me on foot a month earlier, precisely when they had to give me the boxes, citing a ridiculous excuse.
It was enough to say "we are not able" to make such a demanding move and they would have made a better impression.
Fortunately for me, I found the serious company and a month after the move, I also consider myself lucky it could have been worse!

il trasloco è uno stress e una preoccupazione importante ma con questa impresa, in entrambi, casi è stato gestito con serenità e la sicurezza che alla fine tutto sarebbe andato al suo posto.
la cortesia e la serenità con cui gli impiegati della Traslochi Coltro ci hanno accompagnato nella preparazione anticipata del trasloco ci ha permesso di assistere ai loro lavori certi che avrebbero rimontato tutto alla perfezione e senza danni.
non so se avrò ancora traslochi da fare nella mia vita ma so che affidandomi a loro non avrò da preoccuparmi di questo aspetto e potrò concentrare le mie energia su altre problematiche

the courtesy and serenity with which the employees of Traslochi Coltro accompanied us in the advance preparation of the move allowed us to attend their work certain that they would have reassembled everything perfectly and without damage.
I do not know if I will still have moves to do in my life but I know that by relying on them I will not have to worry about this aspect and I will be able to concentrate my energy on other problems
