Tutto è arrivato intatto senza alcun danno. Tralasciando (cosa più unica che rara al giorno d’oggi) la cortesia e l’estrema competenza che ho carpito fin dalla prima chiacchierata e dal sopralluogo da loro effettuato, la suddetta impresa ha coniugato in modo ineccepibile le esigenze della mia famiglia con la celerità del servizio e l’eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre in questo periodo così difficile per l’emergenza, hanno fatto di tutto per venire incontro anche alle esigenze burocratiche al fine di soddisfare il mio bisogno e l’urgenza. Effettuato il sopralluogo specifico la data ultima per effettuarlo per esigenze personali. Attendo invano risposta per preventivo e data. Richiamo ma il preventivo non è pronto, nel frattempo passano i giorni, silenzio. Richiamo e mi viene assegnata una data molto lontana ma niente preventivo. Mi garantisce, visto che devo chiedere l'autorizzazione ai vigili, di richiamarmi il giorno dopo. Scompare e mi ritrovo a dover rivolgermi ad altri per il trasloco che è diventato imminente. Per parlare con Quartarone ho fatto tante chiamate, ogni volta sembra impossibile parlarci. Dopo una settimana di chiamate per spiegare il trasloco, come doveva essere fatto e quello che dovevano fare, mi mandano un preventivo incompleto. Chiamo per chiarimenti ma Quartarone non c'è! Ovviamente mi rispondono con la classica domanda: o la faccio richiamare o chiami lei! Io?? C'è, una settimana di chiamate dicendo che ho poco tempo per fare tutto,un trasloco un pochino complicato e alla fine ve ne uscite così? Casualità per la prima volta vengo chiamata e io sinceramente dopo un paio di giorni di incomprensioni, chiamate non trovando quasi mai il diretto interessato e menefreghismo, ho detto di lasciar stare tutto e che mi sarei affidata ad un'altra agenzia! Ho avuto numerosi danni e non sono stati capaci di montare la cucina come si deve. Inoltre nonostante avessi fatto presente la cosa non ho avuto neanche delle scuse ,figuriamoci un rimborso che sarebbe stato la cosa più giusta. Alle 12 finiscono di pellicolare i mobili alla meno peggio e vanno via: "ci vediamo alle 14!". Ore 1530 arriva un camion e la scala, sta volta in 4. Iniziano a portare via gli arredi di fretta e furia, volano piedini di armadi, viti di mobili e vanno via. Trasloco di rientro: si presentano alle 14 in due con i camion carichi, manca la scala. Ore 15:30 arriva la scala, sono in 4. Iniziano a portare su scatoloni e arredi. Ore 16:00 uno di loro saluta e va via, restano in 3. Chiedo che i soli mobiletti della cucina vengano solo messi in bolla e fissati, una mia scelta, il giorno dopo mi accorgo che non erano fissati e che non erano in bolla, erano solo stati montati i piedini alla rinfusa. Chiedo che gli armadi della stanza matrimoniale vengano montati ad esclusione delle ante, niente da fare, li ho montati io. Il tavolo del salone non viene montato (CHI GLIELO HA CHIESTO?)
