★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per niente affidabili mi danno appuntamento per le 8.00 di oggi per fare il sopralluogo per lo sbarazzo di mobili a mio cognato, e non solo non si presentano ma nemmeno chiamano per scusarsi o per motivare il mancato appuntamento! chiamo in ufficio e non si degnano nemmeno di rispondere. Assolutamente da evitare!!!
not at all reliable, they give me an appointment for 8.00 today to make an inspection for the removal of furniture from my brother-in-law, and not only do they not show up but they don't even call to apologize or to motivate the missed appointment! I call in the office and they don't even deign to answer. Absolutely to avoid !!!

inaffidabili è dire poco, e non solo.. hanno portato via cose che sapevano di non dovere toccare perché gli era stato comunicato. Quindi doppiamente inaffidabili per non dire altro. Dopo avere portato via le cose più papabili da poter eventualmente rivendere non si sono più presentati lasciandoci in asso con una casa semi vuota a vivere come in Kosovo. Ovviamente, questa storia non passerà in cavalleria come si dice a Palermo.
Un suggerimento che mi sento di dare alla Ditta è di chiudere perché assolutamente inutile. Per chiunque avesse bisogno di questo servizio mi sento di consigliare di andare altrove. Lo dico per il vostro bene.

unreliable is an understatement, and not only .. they took away things that they knew they shouldn't touch because it was communicated to them. So doubly unreliable to say the least. After having taken away the most eligible things to be able to eventually resell, they no longer showed up leaving us in the lurch with a semi-empty house to live like in Kosovo. Obviously, this story will not pass in the cavalry as they say in Palermo.
A suggestion that I would like to give to the company is to close because it is absolutely useless. For anyone who needs this service I would recommend going elsewhere. I say this for your sake.
