C	Chiara Cavotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 30 Gennaio i miei genitori affidavano il trasloco alla Daunia Express di Alessandro e Luigi Aprile . Un consiglio ? NON VI AFFIDATE A LORO !! A partire dallo smontaggio fino al montaggio non c'è stato mobile che non sia stato rovinato o montato in maniera completa. E in barba alla tanto decantata professionalità si sono avvalsi, arrivati a destinazione, di 4 extracomunitari incontrati per strada , per effettuare lo scarico dei mobili. Inoltre cosa PEGGIORE , abbiamo subìto la perdita di un oggetto a noi caro. Messa a conoscenza l'azienda della suddetta perdita, prima Alessandro e poi Luigi, promettevano ai miei genitori di risolvere la situazione in qualche maniera. Ad oggi, dopo 7 mesi, il risultato è che non rispondono più alle chiamate dei miei genitori . On January 30th my parents entrusted the move to Daunia Express of Alessandro and Luigi Aprile. An advice ? DON'T RELY ON THEM !! From disassembly to assembly, there was no piece of furniture that was not damaged or completely assembled. And in spite of the much vaunted professionalism, upon arriving at their destination, they made use of 4 non-EU citizens met on the street, to unload the furniture. Also WORST, we have suffered the loss of an object dear to us. Having made the company aware of the aforementioned loss, first Alessandro and then Luigi, promised my parents to resolve the situation in some way. To date, after 7 months, the result is that they no longer answer my parents' calls.

Ma non può dire che non siamo venuti incontro alle sue esigenze per rimediare all' eventuale danno subito. Lei ha preferito risolvere autonomamente dicendomi "ho risolto, grazie lo stesso" e, di conseguenza, data la mia massima disponibilità, trovo fuori luogo il suo commento negativo.
