Ho avuto un problema a una ruota e mi ha dato "in prestito" una gomma temporaneamente per far percorrere ancora un po di km alle altre 3 che andavano ancora bene, per poi sostituirle tutte e 4 al momento giusto. Non so quanti altri l'avrebbero fatto. Estremamente soddisfatto.
 Friendly professional and available to meet customer needs. I had a problem with one wheel and he gave me "on loan" a tire temporarily to let the other 3 still go some kilometers, which were still going well, and then replace all 4 at the right time. I don't know how many others would have done it. Extremely satisfied.
