First, I paid for the premium option that is supposed to offer a "native translator and a full revision (100%) by a second native translator." Well, I should have sensed this is not true when they left a whole paragraph untranslated. It the text was really revised by a second translator this wouldn't have happened!
After the whole text was translated I went to hire a proofreader to check for any minor grammatical mistakes. Two different proofreaders said that this was either machine translation or done by a non native, done absolutely carelessly and full of errors.
Stay away of this service if you don't want to repeat my bad experience!
