★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da loro un sezionale nel 2014, ho avuto dei problemi in fase di chiusura dopo circa cinque anni, li chiamo e mi fissano un appuntamento nel quale sarebbe passato un loro tecnico.
Il tecnico mi da buca all' appuntamento, chiamo per chiedere spiegazioni in merito all' appuntamento pattuito, ma mi dicono che il tecnico ha da fare.
L' indomani mi mandano una fattura di 180€ per fare presa visione e constatazione dei guasti...
Ho sistemato da solo, si era semplicemente allentata una vite sul soffitto.
I bought a sectional from them in 2014, I had problems closing after about five years, I call them and they make me an appointment in which one of their technicians would pass.
The technician knocks me out at the appointment, I call to ask for explanations regarding the agreed appointment, but they tell me that the technician is busy.
The next day they send me an invoice for € 180 to inspect and verify the faults ...
I fixed it myself, a screw on the ceiling had simply loosened.
