Sarei tornata volentieri ad acquistare, se non fosse stato per la moglie. Lei infatti, al momento di andar via, di punto in bianco si è rivolta a noi chiedendoci il cognome, senza averne alcun diritto, per scovare le nostre probabili parentele con professori ed avvocati. Subito ha iniziato un offensivo monologo, secondo cui i clienti non dovrebbero far perdere tempo ai venditori, perché dovrebbero chiarire il loro budget. Ha anche asserito testuali parole: "non vado in un negozio di BMW, se posso permettermi solo una Panda". Cara signora, io vivo all'estero e fortunatamente la BMW me la posso permettere, se voglio. Inoltre mi permetto di spiegarle che qualsiasi cliente, facoltoso o no, ha tutto il diritto di dare un'occhiata al suo negozio e farsi un'idea sul possibile acquisto. Lei invece non ha nessun diritto di trattare la gente in questa maniera; è poco professionale e si è fatta una cattiva pubblicità. Mi ha dato l'impressione di essere una persona altezzosa e frustrata. Inoltre, voglio specificare di non aver indicato un budget, perché innanzitutto non mi era stato richiesto e secondo poi, non ne avevo in mente alcuno. Per i suoi prossimi clienti, le consiglio di non crearsi dei beceri pregiudizi basati sulla giovane età o sul fatto che consultino internet per gli acquisti (ormai funziona così, bisogna aggiornarsi). Sorrida di più e si dilunghi di meno nei suoi discorsi fini a se stessi, la sua attività ne gioverebbe di sicuro e noi saremmo tornati. The shop is beautiful and well stocked. Compro 8 scatoli di mattoni di qui 1 pacco totalmente con angoli rotti, e un altro con 3 mattoni anch essi con angoli frantumati. Con molta gentilezza mi recò al negozio esponendo l accaduto e mi sento rigirare la frittata con un è colpa del muratore k li ha rotti scendendoli! Dopo un breve dibattito.. mi sento dire: li doveva controllare qui prima di portarseli a casa! Nn mi era mai capitato nulla di simile. Amareggiata e incavolatissima. Nn metterò più piede in quel negozio anche se ho lasciato un bel po' di soldini in tempi a dietro. Vergognatevi! Bad experience at best! I buy 8 boxes of bricks from here 1 pack totally with broken corners, and another with 3 bricks also with crushed corners.
