Assortimento articolato, staff compente e professionale, posteggio riservato proprio davanti il negozio. Da sottolineare la correttezza e la serietà commerciale: ho acquistato un casco Tucano il cui interno si è disarticolato dalla calotta dopo 15 giorni. Ho manifestato l'inconveniente e - previa esibizione dello scontrino - mi è stato sostituito immediatamente. Un esempio per molti altri esercenti palermitani. To underline the correctness and commercial seriousness: I bought a Tucano helmet whose interior is disjointed from the shell after 15 days. I reported the problem and - after showing the receipt - I was immediately replaced. An example for many other Palermo exhibitors.

Giorno 8 novembre acquisto una giacca tucano urbano. Tornando a casa mi accorgo di una parte della giacca che sembrava impolverata ma in realtà era un difetto di fabbricazione. Quindi immediatamente torno nel negozio dove facendo presente il problema riscontrato mi dicono che in massimo 10 giorni lavorativi mi avrebbero sostituito la giacca. Quindi rincuorato lascio la giacca al negozio e me ne vado con la mia ricevuta restando in attesa di una telefonata. Passati 10 giorni, dato che non avevo ricevuto nessuna telefonata, decido di contattare il negozio e dato che non mi hanno saputo dare informazioni, chiedo di essere contattato quanto prima. Dopo altri 3 giorni, non ricevendo nessuna telefonata, decido di recarmi in negozio dove vengo a sapere che la mia giacca è ancora lì e che l’azienda Tucano non aveva ancora dato risposta sull’eventuale cambio. Quindi dopo vari discorsi con il negoziante, decido di prendermi la giacca nonostante il difetto senza che nessuno degli addetti del negozio mi proponesse uno sconto (anche simbolico) facendomi così capire che il loro unico interesse era stato quello di aver fatto la vendita. Ribadisco che sono uscito da lì molto amareggiato. Forse se avessi controllato meglio la giacca avrei evitato tutto ciò è l’unico errore che reputo di aver fatto è aver dato per scontato che io controllo fatto da me a casa fosse stato già fatto prima di mettere in vendita la giacca! I have been a long time customer of this shop and for this reason it is not pleasant to do the following review, but I cannot fail to describe my recent experience. On November 8, I buy an urban toucan jacket. Returning home I notice a part of the jacket that seemed dusty but was actually a manufacturing defect. So I immediately go back to the shop where, pointing out the problem encountered, they tell me that in a maximum of 10 working days they would have replaced my jacket. So heartened, I leave the jacket at the shop and leave with my receipt waiting for a phone call. After 10 days, since I had not received any phone calls, I decide to contact the shop and since they have not been able to give me information, I ask to be contacted as soon as possible. After another 3 days, not receiving any phone calls, I decide to go to the shop where I learn that my jacket is still there and that the Tucano company had not yet given an answer on any change. So after various talks with the shopkeeper, I decide to take my jacket despite the defect without any of the shop employees offering me a discount (even a symbolic one), thus making me understand that their only interest was to have made the sale. I repeat that I came out of there very embittered. Maybe if I had checked the jacket better I would have avoided all of this. The only mistake I think I have made is to have assumed that the check done by myself at home had already been done before putting the jacket on sale!

Sono andato in negozio neppure per comprare ma per un progetto universitario e hanno saputo rispondere a tutte le mie domande con grande dettaglio e passione, mostrandomi anche il vario assortimento di pezzi presente, in grado di poter soddisfare tutte le varie tipologie di preferenze dei clienti.
