Abbiamo diversi negozi a Firenze. Volevamo rimanere in contatto con i clienti, dato che molti di loro sono turisti in visita. Per far questo dovevamo aprire un canale di vendita online.
Il nuovo e-commerce avrebbe dovuto dialogare col nostro gestionale interno che tiene aggiornate le scorte di tutti i punti vendita e centralizza la gestione degli ordini. Sbagliare avrebbe significato bloccare tutti i negozi: per questo ci diamo rivolti a Trame Digitali.

We have several shops in Florence. We wanted to keep in touch with customers, as many of them are visiting tourists. To do this we had to open an online sales channel.
The new e-commerce would have had to communicate with our internal management system that keeps the stocks of all the points of sale up-to-date and centralizes the management of orders. Making a mistake would have meant blocking all the shops: this is why we turn to Trame Digitali.

Inutile dire che per noi avvicinarsi al "mondo digitale" non era semplice...grazie a Cosimo e Giada e al loro team di Trame Digitali siamo riusciti ad ottenere notevoli risultati riguardo a strategie commerciali create ad hoc per la nostra attività. We are an artisan company specialized in tailor-made shirts and therefore in Italian handmade.
