P	Perlanera Perlanera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho Conosciuto Giusi in quanto ho bisogno di correggere degli errori posturali che mi hanno causato dolori lombari sacrali , da quando ho iniziato mi sono subito trovata bene per la sua gentilezza, serietà e professionalità per non parlare per l ambiente pulito e confortevole di cui si accorge entrando nella struttura e di tutte le attrezzature di cui lo studio e fornito. L	Luca Pontillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosciuto in modo del tutto casuale, non avendo mai avuto alcun tipo di esperienza nel campo sportivo e avendo un fisico da ristrutturare in modo drastico, ho dato fiducia ad una persona che si è presentata in modo assolutamente professionale, una persona preparata che, ha saputo sin da subito crearmi quegli stimoli e quella giusta motivazione, che in poco più di 6 mesi, mi hanno rimesso davvero in sesto, allenamento e alimentazione, consigli utilissimi e sudore, mi hanno fatto raggiungere risultati ben lontani dalla mia più rosea aspettativa. Un professionista, un vero coach, un amico, un ambiente sano, uno staff di tutto rispetto, rappresentano tutto quello che è impossibile trovare all'interno della più elegante e rinomata palestra. Essere seguiti con attenzione, dedizione e cura sono ingredienti che, variando da soggetto a soggetto, non possono che rappresentare quel valore aggiunto che mi sento personalmente di poter consigliare a chiunque voglia avvicinarsi per la prima volta o voglia ottenere certi risultati insperati. Devo dire che all'inizio l'idea non mi ha entusiasmata molto ma poi mi sono convinta ad andarci, E ne è valsa assolutamente la pena! Il trattamento si è rivelato molto rilassante ma anche molto divertente, grazie anche al personale che ha reso l'esperienza unica! I was in this gym some time ago with my boyfriend for a face treatment given by a friend .. I must say that at the beginning the idea did not excite me very much but then I convinced myself to go there, and it was absolutely worth it! The treatment proved to be very relaxing but also very fun, thanks also to the staff who made the experience unique!
A	Antonino Vello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e la mia ragazza siamo capitati in questa palestra quasi per caso; tutto è scaturito da un regalo, ma nonostante non ci fosse l'intenzione di cambiare palestra, posso dire che questa struttura mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta per alcuni aspetti: Il primo è sicuramente la cordialità e la professionalità dei personal training; poi sicuramente anche per le varie attrezzature che vi erano presenti, molte, tantissime e varie, adatte a vari usi.. Insomma andate e vedete con i vostri occhi! My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this gym almost by accident; everything came from a gift, but although there was no intention of changing the gym, I can say that this structure left me speechless in some respects: The first is certainly the friendliness and professionalism of personal training; then surely also for the various equipment that were present, many, many and varied, suitable for various uses .. Da un anno mi alleno in questo centro ed ho raggiunto risultati che in anni e anni di palestra non avevo mai raggiunto. La differenza e' stratosferica: serieta' e professionalita' dei preparatori che non sono dei semplici "impiegati" ma professionisti specializzati in materia di sport e allenamento, monitoraggio a 360° non solo degli allenamenti personalizzati ma dell'alimentazione, della composizione massa magra massa grassa, controlli periodici sull'evoluzione dell'allenamento...insomma questo centro TI CAMBIA LA VITA o almeno x me e' stato cosi'...diciamo che mi ha messo in pace con il mondo..... I locali del suo studio sono spaziosi, luminosi, ottime attrezzature.. per non parlare dell’emergenza sanitaria attuale gestita in maniera impeccabile con la pulizia costante degli attrezzi subito dopo il loro utilizzo. Non posso far altro che consigliare vivamente questo studio, sono sicuro che avrò delle belle soddisfazioni continuando questo percorso ??
