★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abiti favolosi ma personale estremamente scortese e sarta incompetente..abbiamo acquistato un abito e abbiamo chiesto delle modifiche al momento del ritiro non siamo state accontentate e il personale invece di venirci incontro in maniera molto scortese e frettolosa ci ha fatto pagare e andare via..risultato..dobbiamo cercare una brava sarta che ci aiuti..che delusione..spero che la proprietà possa leggere la mia esperienza..lo so che non vi importa di avermi perso come cliente ma sicuro farò pubblicità negativa..
Fabulous clothes but extremely rude staff and incompetent seamstress .. we bought a dress and asked for changes at the time of the withdrawal we were not satisfied and the staff instead of meeting us in a very rude and hasty way made us pay and go away .. result..we have to look for a good seamstress who will help us..that disappointment..I hope the property can read my experience..I know you don't care about losing me as a customer but sure I will make negative publicity ..

Ma le mie 5 stelle vanno al personale ( perdonate non ricordo i nomi) gentilissime, professionali, mi hanno fatto sentire a mio agio, mi hanno fatto provare di tutto con tanta pazienza e sempre sorridenti. Per chi fa questo lavoro come me, so distinguere la professionalità. Non siamo commesse, siamo Eroine ???. A presto ?
I was in this shop for the first time today, embarrassed by the choice, for all tastes and all budgets. But my 5 stars go to the staff (forgive I don't remember the names) very kind, professional, they made me feel at ease, they made me try everything with a lot of patience and always smiling. For those who do this job like me, I can distinguish professionalism. We are not committed, we are Heroines ???. See you soon
